The push rack tensioner is made for use in securing round or irregular loads. The steel strapping does not have to be pre-cut to size, just pull the length needed to wrap around your load. A push seal is threaded onto one end of the strapping with the flat side facing upward towards the outside of the strapping. The other end of strapping is slid through the bottom of the seal and folded behind the seal to secure. Strapping is then placed into the tool and the nose of the tensioner is adjusted against the push seal. The pusher rack tensioner is ratcheted until load is secure.
