I called today for help and a real live person answered the phone! I didn't have to push 10 buttons to get to someone and there was no waiting. It was awesome! She answered my call and my question and in no time I was able to place the order for what I needed. In this day and time that is so rare. Frankly, I've never seen a better process for confirming shipment correctness. You get the A++ quality and excellence award from me.
Now, If only I could get people to ship FRAGILE CONTENTS as carefully as you are shipping mere empty BOXES! :-)
You need to present a Ted talk or a webinar or something about "how to ship."

You guys are the BEST! I am so pleased with our shipment. The quality is outstanding, not one box bent or marred, your shipping was spot on and on time, the price was the best and the fact that you took the trouble to photograph pre-shipment was both unnecessary but welcomed! THAT in itself shows the above average customer service you present. Our order was small but was treated as if it was the biggest. Our small shop needed a very specific size of box and you all at Fastpack not only fit the need but you helped us with a logistical problem (ie: shipping our odd shaped pieces). Some people may just say, "It's just boxes" but when you have customers waiting on your products and you have the problem of not being able to get the product to them, it's not 'just a box'. Countless companies want to sell you minimums of 100 pieces or more at huge prices which is unreachable for small shops like ours. Fastpack was our saving grace! Just wanted to send a BIG Thank You! for the boxes I ordered. I just received today and they couldn't be more perfect for what I needed. It feels so great that I could get the boxes on an individual basis and not in bulk, and delivered so quickly.
