Stabilizing and securing pallet loads for transit is very important. Securing loads with Stretch Wrap Rope keeps the items from shifting and becoming damaged. A concentrated rope adds additional strength and support around your load.
After your pallet load is wrapped with Stretch Rope Strapping, you will need to secure the ends. The Stretch Rope Strapping ends are looped and tied to the Alligator Clip, keeping the strapping secured.
FastPack Packaging offers several different Roper devices. YEP-890 and YEP-3600.
Instructions:
* Tie Stretch Rope Strapping to the Alligator Clip.
* Loop the Stretch Rope Strapping around the load and then pull the Stretch Rope Strapping tight through the second leg.
* Put the Stretch Rope Strapping underneath the second leg.
* Then loop the Stretch Rope Strapping around the opening and pull toward front.
* Pull Stretch Rope Strapping up through mouth opening to lock tight.
