This popular gift packaging dispenser/cutter is designed for practical, efficient holding, dispensing, storing, and cutting of roll paper. Roll changes can be made quickly by pulling the blade to an open position and locking it into place.
This lightweight and compact dispenser holds three rolls of gift wrap or cello basket wrap up to 3 1/2" diameter. Dispenser is loaded from the front and has cutting mechanism for each roll.
