4 3/4" x 2 3/8" Pre-Strung "Rejected (Red)" Inspection Tags (13 Point Construction)
We offer several different types of 2 part inspection tags: Accepted, Rejected, Repairable or Rework Tags. The tags are color coded which aids in quality control. The 2 part inspection tags offer 2 copies of item information. Simply fill in the information on the top piece of paper (white carbon bond) and information is transferred onto the color base card stock. There is a perforation at the top of the paper layer so the copy can be easily detached. These tags can be secured to objects with the pre-strung 12" unpolished cotton string. The eyelet of the tag is reinforced, ensuring that the tag will stay attached without tearing. Tags are in sequential order from (000-499)

* Tags feature a 3/16" reinforced, tear resistant eyelet.
* Tags are loop strung with 12", unpolished cotton string.
