How long will it take to get my order?  
 

Orders placed by 3:00 pm EST, may ship the same or following business day, unless otherwise noted or on back order. You will be notified if a back order exists on a product that you have ordered.

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Most products ship by ground delivery and may take approx. 1-6 business days for delivery. We reserve the right to ship via our carrier of choice, which may include, but not limited to FEDEX, UPS, USPS, or Freight for larger orders. Most orders ship within 24 hours of receiving your order. All packages are insured at no additional cost to you, and an email will be sent to you within 24 hours of placing your order with tracking information. We currently do not ship internationally. We are also very sorry to say, that due to changes within the USPS, that we cannot ship to AK, HI, PR or an International address at the shipping prices shown on the website. Please email us for a shipping quote if you are located in AK, HI, PR or an International address.

 

Can I upgrade shipping on my order, I need it really fast!  
 

YES!

Standard, Ground Shipping:
Shipping prices shown on our site are for the most economical method of shipping Nationwide, Ground. Ground Shipping usually consists of one or more of the following services; USPS, FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. Average delivery is 3-4 Business days.

Expedited Delivery:
Expedited Delivery options are available Nationwide, but not advertised on our site, since pricing varies from State to State and based on size and weight of package. Contact us for pricing on the following services; Same Day, Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3rd Day deliveries all Guaranteed Services. (With exception to weather delays, weekends, and Holidays). Expedited Shipping orders placed by 2:30pm EST shall ship that same day via the method that was quoted and purchased.

What methods of payment do you accept?  
  At the present time, we accept, checks, money orders, and Visa, Mastercard, Discover and AMEX (American Express) credit cards. We use software that encrypts all the information you send to us. We keep all the information you send to us private, and we don't sell it.

What is your privacy policy?

We require this information to understand your needs, ship your orders and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

We may periodically send promotional emails (ONLY IF YOU HAVE AGREED/SIGNED UP FOR SUCH) about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.
From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for about any issues with processing or delivering your orders. We may contact you by email, phone, fax or mail. We may use the information to customize the website according to your interests.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

How we use cookies

Controlling your personal information

You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information in the following ways:

Whenever you are asked to fill in a form on the website, look for the box that you can click to indicate that you do not want to be put on our mailing list.
If you have previously agreed to us using your personal information for direct marketing purposes, you may change your mind at any time by writing to or emailing us.
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we are required by law to do so.

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

What is your return policy?  
 

Please Email us for a RMA#, and instructions on our return procedure. Returns cannot be accepted after 30 days from purchase.

-If the product is damaged during shipment, please point out the damage to the delivery agent/driver and ask him to make a note in his "board" of the damage. Then call us, we will start a claim with the delivery company and make sure that you receive an undamaged item. We must be notified of any damage / damaged products within 7 days of delivery. After this time period we may not be able to file a claim with our supplier or shipping company.

-If you want to return it because of an error on our end, for example, we shipped the incorrect product. Notify us by email for a RMA#, and we will take care of the problem at our expense. It will not cost you an additional cent!

-If you want to return an item because, for example, you ordered the incorrect size, color, or just do not want the darn thing anymore, you may do so, but we cannot be responsible for shipping costs to or from. (See items excluded from returns below.) You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with shipping the item back to us, and we cannot refund shipping from your initial purchase, as shipping was a service provided that cannot be refunded. A 15% (may be higher on select items, contact for details before ordering) restocking fee will also be applied to cover the costs associated with processing a returned product. (If item ships from and has to be returned to Manufacturer/Supplier, this amount can be slightly more. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions about this before purchasing).

We do not accept returns on any electronics, tools, dispensers, machines or equipment. This includes, but is not limited to  Peanut Dispensers, Kraft Paper Dispensers, Bubble Wrap Dispensers, Strapping Dispensers, Label Machines, Tape Machines, any Electrical or electronic device/machine/unit, Mailing Tubes, Staplers and Scales, close out and/or discontinued products. Many of these items have a manufacturers limited warranty and can be repaired or replaced if defective at the manufacturers discretion.  If you have a problem with a scale, we will be happy to send you the manufacturers information to file a claim on a defective product, scales are covered under a manufacturers guarantee.  Other items may also be exempt from return, please contact us prior to purchasing to confirm any and all details.


Custom size, color, quantity or other custom made products cannot be returned as they were custom made specifically for you and not a stocked product for us. Orders that require us to have a larger quantity manufactured or brought in specifically for your job cannot be returned for refund. As we may only stock a specific quantity and have no room or need for larger quantities. All custom jobs are final. If you have any questions about our return policy, please reach out to us prior to purchase and we will be happy to explain the policy for the item in question.

Acceptable manufacturing variances may occur on the following items:
Mailing Tubes may have a +/- of 1/8"
Bubble Mailers may have a =/- of .25"
Decorative Mailers may have tolerance of +/- 1/8"
Corrugated Products may have slight variance of +/- 1/8"

**Colors of products may look different on different computer monitors. Colors may vary lot to lot. Samples are available before purchase to confirm color meets your specifications, on select items.

Free Shipping Items  
  Items marked *Free Shipping* are only applicable to the Continental United States. These items will all be sent via our choice of carrier, usually arriving in 1-5 days, depending on your location. If you must have them delivered by your shipping method, you will be required to cover shipping costs.

Can you ship to Alaska, Hawaii and International address' ?  
  Yes, we can ship to Alaska and Hawaii, although some items, shipping will need to be calculated. Items such as Bubble Wrap, Bubble Mailers B Flute and other large items, will need to have the shipping calculated for address' in these states. The website is configured for the lower 48 states on these larger items.

International address' we may be able to ship to, all orders must have shipping quoted. Click the contact us button at the top of any page on our site, contact us for a quote.
