Hurricane Hermine Visits Fastpack Packaging in Lee, Florida

Good afternoon!

I hope this email finds you doing well! It has been an eventful month here at Fastpack. Hurricane Hermine decided to come to Lee Florida to visit Fastpack Packaging Headquarters. Needless to say it was an unwelcome visit.

Hermine hit us late on Thursday night. When I arrived to check on things Friday morning, I started inside. We were out of electricity, and internet, and it was dark inside, especially with still overcast skies. Everything looked good inside, so I headed out to check the perimeter outside. As I came around to the back of the building, I saw a huge sheet of metal, and wondered where that blew in from, as when I did my walk through of our offices and warehouse there were no rooms without a roof. Then I took several steps back to check the roof, yes, the metal was part of our warehouse roof. Luckily, the old shingle roof underneath was mostly intact keeping the weather out. All of the Fastpack family weathered the storm safely, with only a few limbs down and power out for up 3 days for a few of us. No injuries, everyone is safe and healthy. Monday was the Labor Day holiday, and Tuesday we were operating at 100%!

Sincerely,

Jason Archambault
