How long will it take to get my order?Back to top
 Orders placed by 1:30 pm EST, ship the same business day, unless otherwise noted or on back order. You will be notified if a back order exists on a product that you have ordered. (Although very rare, delays can happen. We do not guarantee any shipping times EXCEPT EXPEDITED Shipping. We cannot guarantee Ground Shipping / processing times.)

Orders placed after 1:30 pm EST may ship the following business day.

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Most products ship by ground delivery and may take 1-6 business days for delivery. We reserve the right to ship via our carrier of choice, which may include, but not limited to UPS, FEDEX, DHL, or Freight for larger orders. Most orders ship within 24 hours of receiving your order. All packages are insured at no additional cost to you, and an email will be sent to you within 24 hours of placing your order with tracking information. We currently do not ship internationally. We are also very sorry to say, that due to changes within the USPS, that we cannot ship to AK, HI or PR at the advertised price. Please email us for a shipping quote if you are located in AK or HI.

 Standard, Ground Shipping:
Shipping prices shown on our site are for the most economical method of shipping Nationwide, Ground. Ground Shipping usually consists of one or more of the following services; USPS, FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. Average delivery is 3 Business days.

Expedited Delivery:
Expedited Delivery options are available Nationwide, but not advertised on our site, since pricing varies from State to State and based on size and weight of package. Contact us for pricing on the following services; Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3rd Day deliveries all Guaranteed Services. (With exception to weather delays, weekends, and Holidays). Expedited Shipping orders placed by 1:00pm EST should ship via FedEx Express, and orders placed before 3:00pm EST should ship via UPS. FedEx has an earlier deadline of 1:00pm, but better pricing through our contract. Items located in our Lee, FL warehouse we are also able to ship using your UPS or FedEx account number if you prefer.

Same Day Delivery:
We are now proud to be able to offer Same Day RUSH Delivery to customers within a 200 mile radius of our warehouse on all items stocked in our Lee, Fl location. Contact us for details. Deadline for requesting Same Day Delivery is 11:00am EST. There are always exceptions to the rule, contact us and we will see if an exception can be made for requests made after the deadline. Our Same Day Delivery Zone covers approximately 50% of Florida and 50% of Georgia, with about 15% of Alabama, and about 1% of South carolina all being eligible for Same Day Delivery on all items stocked in our Lee, FL location. Items stocked in our Lee, FL location will have an item# starting with "YZ". All other items that do not start with "YZ", ship from other locations around the country and are not elgible for Same Day Delivery. Pricing for Same Day Delivery is as follows:

Deliveries by Car: $1.50 per mile for the 1st item/package, $20.00 surcharge per each additional item/package.
Larger Deliveries requiring a less fuel efficient Truck or Van $2.00 per mile for the 1st item/package, $20.00 surcharge per each additional item/package.

 At the present time, we accept, checks, money orders, and Visa, Mastercard, Discover and AMEX (American Express) credit cards. We use software that encrypts all the information you send to us. We keep all the information you send to us private, and we don't sell it. Our security measures continue even after you've placed your order. We start by quickly removing your credit card information from the order documentation. We then process your credit card on a highly secure internal system, inaccessible via the Internet.

Why is my shopping cart still empty after I add an item?Back to top
 To purchase items on our website, you must have cookies enabled in your browser in order to use the shopping cart. We use cookies to store very basic information on your machine. Cookies are small bits of information that are written to your hard disk. These pieces of information can contain anything from a login name and password, dates, preferences, or visited pages. The cookies placed on your machine are used soley to protect the integrity of your shopping cart.

 Email for a RMA#, or your package will be refused and returned to sender. No returns will be accepted after 20 days from receipt. No exceptions, sorry.

-If the product is damaged during shipment, please point out the damage to the delivery agent/driver and ask him to make a note in his "board" of the damage. Then call us, we will start a claim with the delivery company and make sure that you receive an undamaged item.

-If you want to return it because of an error on our end, for example, we shipped the incorrect product. Notify us by email for a RMA#, and we will take care of the problem at our expense. It will not cost you an additional cent!

-If you want to return an item because, for example, you ordered the incorrect size, color, or just do not want the darn thing anymore, you may do so, but we cannot be responsible for shipping costs to or from. (See items excluded from returns below.) You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with shipping the item back to us, and we cannot refund shipping from your initial purchase, as shipping was a service provided that cannot be refunded. A 15% restocking fee will also be applied to cover the costs associated with processing a returned product.

-We do not accept returns on any electronics, or equipment. This includes Peanut Dispensers, Staplers and Scales. If you have a problem with a scale, we will be happy to send you the manufacturers information to file a claim on a defective product, scales are covered under a manufacturers guarantee.

-We also do not accept returns of Mailing Tubes or Poly Bags.

-Custom size or quantity orders cannot be returned for refund, as the product size or quantity may not be normally stocked, and was brought in for your specific use. All custom jobs are final.

-Acceptable manufacturing variances may occur on the following items:
Mailing Tubes may have a +/- of 1/8"
Bubble Mailers may have a =/- of .25"
Corrugated Products may have slight variance

-Samples are available for your approval if needed prior to ordering on many products.

-Products that are offered with Free Shipping that are returned for a refund, will have the actual cost to ship be deducted from the refund to cover the cost to originally ship the product to you as requested.

Can you ship to Alaska, Hawaii and International address' ?Back to top
 Yes, we can ship to Alaska and Hawaii, although some items, shipping will need to be calculated. Items such as Bubble Wrap, Bubble Mailers B Flute and other large items, will need to have the shipping calculated for address' in these states. The website is configured for the lower 48 states on these larger items.
